Of course not! We are here to please the customer. We tailor make an order that will best fit your needs. You sign nothing at all. Both parties work off a written proposal that details janitorial services provided as well as the fee for the services listed. You can make changes to your cleaning service or terminate your service with a phone call.

Are background checks performed on all employees?

We run a tight ship. All employees are required to take and pass a background check. We require 100% compliance so you can rest assure that your janitorial services are provided by a professional individual who will represent the mission and vision of Taylor'd Maids Janitorial Services with dignity, honesty, and loyalty. Your cleaning needs are safe with us!

Do you have proper insurance to handle my job?

Big or small, we clean them all. We carry General Liability & Workman Compensation Coverage. You can rest assure you are hiring a company that is licensed, Insured, and Bonded. This is to protect you against damaged property or injury to person while our staff is on your property performing office cleaning, residential cleaning, or industrial cleaning.

How do you train your employees?

All employees, regardless of experience are required to attend and pass the Taylor'd Maids Janitorial Services training course where they learn how we perform each cleaning task. This guarantees consistency and excellence in the quality of cleaning your office will receive from our staff. Afterward, Advanced Training takes place at the actual account they will be assigned to in the presence of a Trainer or Supervisor. Any specific situations or tasks needed will be trained at this time creating a unique cleaning experience for your individual office.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely!!! If you are not satisfied with any cleaning service visit we will dispatch a supervisor to rectify any problem immediately and credit that cleaning on your next invoice. We want you happy!
